DESCRIPTION:INNOVATION FOR SUSTAINABLE FOOD SYSTEMS:\nShaping the future of nutrition and health\n  \nJoin top scientists and industry experts at this unique event to explore the latest innovations in food\, nutrition and health. Discover sustainable solutions shaping the future of food\, gain insights from leading research and experience the scientific excellence of Wallonia. Network with over 200 professionals\, exchange ideas and collaborate on impactful projects that drive positive change in the food industry. Join the movement for a healthier and more sustainable world! \nThis is a three-day event organised by WAGRALIM and FoodWall from 13 to 15 May\, with the support of local authorities such as Wallonia.be. During the days of the event\, participants will be able to attend conferences on innovation in food systems\, biotechnology or the use of digital tools in the food value chain\, visit Namur and take part in a number of thematic visits throughout the Walloon region. \n  \nBiotech4Food as a partner to the International Spring School:\nThe event is organised in partnership with the Biotech4Food project\, IIS FOODBOOSTER\, Protewin\, CIRCULAR WALLONIA and High Five. The use of biotechnology in the food industry will also be at the heart of this edition of the International Spring School. \nThe Biotech4Food project aims to facilitate investment & innovation in new value chains between biotechnologies and the agro-food industry\, thanks to interregional cooperation. The objectives are to make the agri-food industry more sustainable\, with a more circular and efficient use of biomass resources\, better adapted to consumer demands and more responsive to nutrition and protein needs\, addressing nutrition\, protein and health challenges for a sustainable agri-food system. \n  \nFull program: \n  \n \n  \n  \nWant to join?
